Press the INFO button several times until you see 'Alarm Status' displayed. I had to press it five times. Then use SELECT button to choose between ALARM OFF and ALARM ON.
If you choose ALARM ON, you can adjust the alarm time by first holding down the SELECT button until the display flashes. The you use the UP and DOWN buttons on either side of SELECT, to adjust the time, the type of alarm (Beep, FM or DAB) and if you choose FM or DAB, you then select the preset.
