This app could be great.it has all the necessary options, but I mostly use it for the auto start in the winter. The response time is too long, sometimes taking up to a couple minutes to go through. But worse, sometimes it will confirm the vehicle has started, but then I get to my car and it's not even on! I live in Alaska where it gets in the negatives temps and auto start is essential and needs to be reliable. If this app is the only way to use the Uconnect Access Advantage service, I will be discontinuing my subscription. Mainly use this application to use the remote start and Pandora.
I understand why the remote start takes about a minute to start the vehicle, so I have no issue there. My issue is with via mobile and playing Pandora in my 2017 Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk. It has not worked once. I click via mobile setup and it says phone is not ready. But when I restart my phone and open the application, the connection is there.

But when I restart my phone and open the application, the connection is there. I'm fairly certain it is not intentional to have to restart my phone EVERY TIME I would like to use this application. Absolute garbage. Have to log out and log back in every single time I start truck. God help me if it just craps out which it does often while driving when I do get it to work. Literally have to turn truck off and redo said steps to make it work.
Toyota entune is light years ahead of this garbage app. Entune literally starts up my Pandora at start up if that was last thing listening to when vehicle shut down. Judging from all the negative reviews it doesn't seem to be of any concern to fix issues by the uconnect team.
Previous versions of the app worked flawlessly! Recent versions are complete GARBAGE! Currently everytime I want to use the app to listen to Pandora or iHeart Radio, I have to log out of the app and log back in! Very time consuming when you're on the go!
In can open Pandora or iHeart and listen via Bluetooth, which is what I've done! I gave up on the app long ago. Just noticed there was an update and I get the same results, I'll stick to my Bluetooth. Also would give it 0 'stars' but can't! Where is the R&D at with the app, come on get it together!!! Worked fine.then updated to 2.6.7 BIG mistake!!!
APP has worked pretty much flawlessly since I got my Challenger in 2015.then I installed update to version 2.6.7!!! Buffet crampon sax serial numbers. Hasn't worked since!!! App opens on my phone but when I try to login I get error message 'unable to connect to network please check network connection ' uconnect system on car is working fine.the phone connects just fine, the apps all show up and try to connect but error message keeps popping up.Updated to version 2.8.2. Still does not work!!!UPDATE- latest version, 2.8.17 does not work!!
